I referred 5 people but haven’t received any payments yet.
You will not be compensated for referring people from your network, you will only get paid when they successfully pass their on-site screening and enroll in a study.
What’s the difference between me referring someone and them enrolling in a study?
The referral is the initial stage of the process when a patient signs up for a study using your Unique Link. Enrollment is when they have been assessed, deemed eligible and have been given the study medication.
I referred someone and they have told me that they successfully enrolled in the study. Why have I not been paid yet?
Payouts are usually processed on the Friday after a referral enrolls around 4:30–5:00PM. If that time period has lapsed without your payment being processed, please reach out to our inbound team at 281-517-0550 and they will be happy to help you.
What if I refer someone who was already present in your database through an ad or by any other means? Will I still get paid if they enroll?
Only new patients who have never been in our database before will be considered successful referrals and eligible for payouts.
I’ve lost my referral link. Do I have to go through the sign-up process again?
You can simply search your email for the following subject title: “Thanks for Signing Up! | DM Clinical Ambassador Program”
If you’re still unable to find your link you can email us at ask@dmclinical.com and we will help you locate it.
I’m not sure who to refer to. What should I do?
You can always refer to healthy friends and family members for one of our vaccine trials; they don’t usually require patients to have any illnesses to qualify. For other disease-specific trials, you can go to our website and check to see if you know anyone who has the specific diseases that we do trials for and send a personalized message to them with your referral link.
