How DM Clinical Research uses text messages, and how to opt in or out.
Program description
DM Clinical Research sends text messages about clinical research studies you may qualify for or are participating in. These include study information, appointment and study-visit reminders, updates about your participation, patient surveys, and replies from our study coordinators. Healthcare providers who contact us may also receive messages about our Preferred Partner Program.
How you opt in
You agree to receive text messages when you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our study forms, or when you text us first. Reply STOP at any time if you do not want to receive text messages from us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of participating in any study.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your study activity and appointments.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you reply START to resubscribe. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
