Our commitment

DM Clinical Research is committed to making dmclinicalresearch.com accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We treat accessibility as part of how the site is built and maintained, not as an afterthought.

Conformance

This website has been built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That standard covers, among other things, colour contrast, keyboard access, text alternatives for images, clear headings and labelled form fields.

We test every page against these requirements before it is published, using both automated tooling and manual checks. Where a third-party component is embedded in a page, we cannot always guarantee the same standard, and we say so below.

What we have done

• Text and background colours meet the AA contrast ratio across the site, verified page by page.
• Every page can be operated by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
• Images carry text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Form fields have associated labels.
• Headings follow a logical order so screen reader users can navigate by structure.
• Motion and animation respect the operating system setting for reduced motion.
• Content remains readable and usable when text is enlarged or the screen is small.

Accessibility tools on this site

Alongside the work described above, this site carries an accessibility widget from UserWay. It lets you change text size, contrast, spacing and cursor size without leaving the page. Look for the accessibility icon at the left of the screen.

The widget is an addition, not a substitute. The site is built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA on its own, and we would rather fix a barrier properly than rely on a tool to work around it. If something is still not usable for you with or without the widget, please tell us using the details below.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site rely on services we do not control:

• The interactive map on our Locations pages is provided by a third party. Every location is also listed in text, with full address and contact details, so no information is only available on the map.
• Where a form is hosted by an external provider, its accessibility is governed by that provider. We are reviewing these.
